2. Enrolment & Registration

• Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment
• You must provide accurate personal information at the time of registration
• Course access is non-transferable without prior written consent from AVA Training
• Minimum age requirement: 18 years or accompanied by a legal guardian

3. Course Delivery

AVA Training reserves the right to:

• Reschedule or cancel courses with a minimum of 5 business days' notice
• Modify course content to reflect current industry standards and Dassault Systèmes updates
• Substitute instructors where necessary, maintaining equivalent expertise

4. Intellectual Property

All training materials, course content, videos, assessments, and documentation provided by AVA Training are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share materials without written permission.

5. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors and fellow participants. AVA Training reserves the right to remove participants who engage in disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behaviour without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AVA Training's liability is limited to the cost of the relevant course. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
