1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the AVA Training website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Course Enrollment

When you enroll in a course or certification program through AVA Training:

• You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to enroll
• Course access is granted to the enrolled individual only and is non-transferable

3. Payment Terms

All course fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Payment must be made in full prior to course commencement unless an approved payment plan is in place.

• Prices are subject to change without notice for future enrollments
• Bundle pricing is available for selected course combinations
• Corporate or group discounts may be available upon request

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Full refund for cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date
• 50% refund for cancellations made 7–14 days before the course start date
• No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date
• Course transfers may be arranged subject to availability and approval

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, trademarks, and intellectual property provided through AVA Training are owned by AVA Training or its licensors (including Dassault Systèmes). You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any course materials without prior written consent.

6. Certification Programs

Certification programs are administered in accordance with Dassault Systèmes guidelines. AVA Training does not guarantee that you will pass any certification exam. Certification results are determined by exam performance and are subject to the certification body's policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

AVA Training shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant course or service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
