Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1 January 2026

We want you to be fully satisfied with your training investment. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

Cancellation by Student

  • More than 14 days before course start: Full refund minus a $50 admin fee
  • 7–14 days before course start: 50% refund, or full credit for a future course
  • Less than 7 days before course start: No refund; credit toward future course available
  • No-show: No refund or credit issued

Cancellation by AVA Training

If AVA Training cancels a course, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another session at no additional cost. We will notify you as soon as possible.

Course Transfers

You may transfer your enrolment to a different course date once at no charge, provided the request is made at least 7 business days before the course start date. Subsequent transfers incur a $25 admin fee.

Online / Self-Paced Courses

Due to the digital nature of online course access, refunds are not available once access has been granted unless the course is deemed defective or materially different from its description.

Corporate / Group Bookings

Separate refund and cancellation terms apply to corporate group bookings. Please refer to your corporate agreement or contact info@avatraining.com.au.

How to Request a Refund

Submit refund requests to info@avatraining.com.au with your order number and reason for cancellation. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
