CATIA

CATIA V5 is one of the most popular software used for CAD and CAM (Computer-Aided Design and Computer-Aided Manufacturing). Created by Dassault systems, CATIA V5 is used for designing products in a variety of industries that include automobile, aerospace, and even consumer goods. Apart from design, it is also used for analysis and manufacturing.

If you are using CATIA V5, then here are a few tips and tricks to use in 2022:

  • If you want to insert a text file in your drawing then select the Insert and object option from File menu. Then choose Word, Excel, PDF, or any other appropriate format.
